Model-based Testing User Survey

I have a sense that the just completed MBT User Conference in Berlin will be a historic milestone.¬† Please take a few minutes to respond to this survey so we’ll have a datapoint to go with it.

Thanks in advance,

I’ve received some questions about the survey, seeking clarification about application categories.

Q1: What is the general application domain of the SUT?

    Transaction Processing:
The SUT processes transactions for payments, inventory, personnel, contracts, orders, shipments, warehousing, production scheduling, or similar data processing.

    Controller (motion, energy):
The SUT performs a control function related to motion or energy. For example, an engine controller for automotive, naval, aircraft, rail), anti-lock braking, suspension control, appliance controller, medical device controller. The SUT is may be known as
Hardware in the Loop, Model In the Loop, Embedded Systems, Real time.

If you’d like to further describe your SUT, please check the “Other” category and enter a brief description.

If the SUT is “distributed”, please use question 5 to indicate the general architecture. For a SUT that is part of an onboard network of controllers, click “Mesh”.

If you need any further clarifications, please post your questions here, and I will answer.
